Melissa Crutchfield
Melissa has the gift of seeing the uniqueness in people and bringing God’s light into the dark recesses of peoples’ stories so that they can be healed! God has called her to use this gift “to equip the church for the work of ministry” (Ephesians 4:12). You can find Melissa doing this through counseling, speaking and teaching, coaching, and being an excellent friend. When not at work, she’s playing recreational sports, hiking in the mountains, leading worship, or finding yummy food in Denver!
SPLANKNA, TRANSFORMATIONAL PRAYER
Jordan Foote
Jordan has the gift of servant leadership and sharing what he has for others’ success and healing. God has called him to use this gift to “be fruitful and multiply” (Genesis 1:28). You can find Jordan doing this through his Splankna practice, sharing personal daily nuggets from his time with God, serving various ministries, creating systems for success, and making everyone feel like family. When not at work, he’s hanging with his wife and their two adopted children, Megan and Micah, serving at a local food bank, and managing his latest kombucha concoction.

Yvonne Biel
Yvonne has the gift of creative design and making God accessible through spiritual practices. God has called her to use this gift in “priestly service of the Lord to stand and minister in the Lord’s name always” (Deuteronomy 18:5). You can find Yvonne designing programs for spiritual transformation and healing, preaching and teaching, leading with vision, and bringing a non-anxious, peaceful presence wherever she goes. When not at work, she’s on her paddle-board soaking up the sun and God’s creation, playing volleyball, tap-dancing, keeping her plants alive, and finding the next coffee shop on her latest travels.
SPLANKNA, MENTORING, TRANSFORMATIONAL PRAYER
Marie Foote
Marie has the gift of Italian-Filipino hospitality and bearing others’ burdens for the sake of their healing. God has called her to take the word ‘chronic’ back from the enemy by “healing the sick, setting the oppressed free, and proclaiming the year of the Lord’s favor until it comes” (Luke 4:18-19). You can find Marie listening for God in her dreams or throughout the course of her day, interceding for others in the secret place, and connecting the dots for people in playful ways while getting to the deepest wounded places of the soul. When not at work, she’s writing, hanging with her husband and their two adopted children, Megan and Micah, experimenting with delicious flavors in the kitchen, and filling her life with joy and laughter in the presence of old and new friends.

Jodi Nevins
Jodi is gifted in organizational leadership and in individualizing people’s healing. God has called her to “see all people in the image of God” (Genesis 1:27) and to use her gifts to serve whomever God puts in her path. You can find Jodi caring for the people around her as she engages in deep, meaningful conversations, receiving stories filled with joy and sorrow. When not at work, she’s listening to the latest audiobook, learning something new, cooking, or coming up with fun ways to connect with her family and friends.

Sarah Landsbach
Sarah is gifted in leading, teaching, and equipping all ages. God has called her to be a “woman after his heart” (1 Samuel 13:14) and to remain connected to God through prayer and nature walks. You can find Sarah cherishing every opportunity to engage with family and friends, whether through meaningful conversations or shared activities. When not at work, she’s spending time outdoors - hiking, biking, or simply enjoying the tranquility to converse with God and to listen to His responses in a profound way.
TRANSFORMATIONAL PRAYER
Twyla Smith
Twyla is gifted at illuminating dark places with the compassionate presence of God. God has called her to be “a beloved temple of the Holy Spirit” (1 Corinthians 6:19) and to bring others to the feet of Jesus with great faith, like those in the New Testament. You can find Twyla leading a ministry with her husband called Restoration River Ranch , hosting restorative soul care days, tutoring early education students, mentoring women, and spending time with God through Ignatian Spiritual Practices. When not at work, she’s enjoying her seven grandchildren, gardening, spending time in nature, and playfully enjoying all of life with her best friend + husband, Russ.

Ashleigh Fenzel
Ashleigh is gifted in bringing spirit-filled leadership, discernment, and restoration to brokenhearted leaders. God has called her to “be close to the brokenhearted and save those crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). You can find Ashleigh connecting with leaders of all kinds and connecting deeply to God through listening prayer. When not at work, she’s busy managing a household of five beautiful daughters alongside her husband, Lee.
